All services are dependent on availability, weather conditions, FAA regulations, safety requirements, and venue approvals.

4. Pricing & Payments

Pricing varies based on the number of drones, location, event type, custom animations, and production requirements.

A deposit may be required to secure an event date.

Remaining balances must be paid according to the agreed invoice terms.

Dynamic Sky Shows reserves the right to update pricing at any time.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing.

Deposits may be non-refundable depending on production timelines, staffing, and preparation already completed.

Weather-related postponements will be assessed case-by-case. Alternative dates may be offered when possible.

Dynamic Sky Shows is not liable for cancellations due to:

High winds
Precipitation
FAA airspace restrictions
Venue or third-party issues
Unforeseen safety concerns

6. FAA Compliance & Safety

All drone operations are conducted by FAA-licensed pilots and follow applicable federal aviation laws.

Dynamic Sky Shows reserves the right to delay, modify, or cancel a show if conditions do not meet mandatory safety standards.

Your event space must comply with required safety buffers, crowd distancing, launch zones, and airspace regulations.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

All drone show designs, animations, renderings, website content, images, and branding belong to Dynamic Sky Shows and are protected by copyright laws.

Clients may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute show content without written permission.

8. Website Use & Prohibited Conduct
